With two infrared 27,500 BTU burners, the grill emits intense heat, with temperatures ranging from 340 to 950 degrees. The grill requires a mere 3 seconds to heat up before use and cooks much faster than other comparable grill models.
For long-lasting utility, the grill's burners were crafted in 18/8 stainless steel with welded seams. The stainless-steel V-style cooking grates enhance flavor while affording even heat distribution. The electronic ignition fires continuously to further steady cooking heats. The grill body and handle also benefit from durable stainless-steel construction, finished by hand-polished mirror plating for amplified sheen. A heavy double wall hood and body ensures that leaves, bugs, and other debris stay out and contains the flares for greater safety.
